Our logistics department does everything possible to deliver your products as quickly as possible. The procedures in place do not allow us to modify your address or your order once you have validated it.

Your invoice is generated once your order has been shipped. It contains the billing information that you specified when ordering or opening an account. Please ensure that this information is valid as it cannot be changed afterwards. No modification of the invoice can be made once the order has been taken into account.

Yes, the order can be shipped to the address you confirm when ordering. We may associate multiple addresses with your account and have separate shipping and billing addresses. We also offer the possibility to our distributors to ship their orders directly to their customers' addresses with the publication of a neutral “Delivery Note”.
You will be informed immediately when your order leaves the warehouse. Two emails will be sent to you. An email containing your delivery note and an email containing your invoice.
