Discover ultra-resistant waders, model WR02/STRONG/S5 made from new generation PVC fabric Rubber® flexible and ultra-resistant. Certified by the European standard EN 20345 S5-SRC, they offer maximum comfort, safety and are easy to maintain. The technology of assembling materials by bilateral high-frequency welding (seamless) guarantees a perfect seal and greatly reduces the risk of tearing. Single-sided coating with a protective layer PVC on support Polyester. The new generation fabric Rubber® offers waterproof, flexible and ultra-tear-resistant protection. Its low-friction exterior coating reduces the risk of cuts and punctures from sharp objects. It complies with the requirements of the standard EN 343 Class 4-1. Grammage 1000 gr / m², thickness 1,00 mm.

The PROS ultra-resistant safety waders, model WRM02-STRONG are made from new generation PVC fabric Rubber® totally waterproof with a thickness of 1,00 mm. Anti-cut, they offer you maximum waterproofing and protection. Easy to maintain. The technology of assembling materials by bilateral high-frequency welding (seamless) guarantees perfect waterproofing of the product and greatly reduces the risk of tears. In addition, the junction between the soft boot and the body of the wader is optimal, thus avoiding breakages linked to wear. Equipped with safety boots type S5-SRC (anti-perforation and non-slip sole, steel toe cap), the thigh boots are equipped with hanging straps for quick attachment to the waist. Product delivered with a fabric sample for quick repair in case of accidental tearing.

Maintenance and repair of waders

Cleaning after each use

Rinsing: Remove dirt by rinsing the waders thoroughly with clean water.
Gentle brushing: If necessary, use a soft-bristled brush to remove embedded particles. Avoid abrasive brushes which could damage the material.
Disinfection (if necessary): If exposed to organic or chemical materials, disinfect the waders with a solution suitable for PVC.

Drying

Wiping: Absorb excess moisture from the inside and outside of the waders with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
Drying in the open air : Hang the waders upside down in a dry, ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and any artificial heat sources.

Storage

Place of conservation: Store the waders in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight.
Storage position: Keep the waders upright to prevent wrinkling and warping.

Repairs

Cuts and punctures: Use a PVC repair kit, consisting of adhesive patches or specific glue, to apply to a clean and dry surface.

Additional recommendations

Avoid harsh chemical agents: Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive detergents which could damage the PVC.
Regular inspections: Regularly examine the condition of the waders for possible cuts, punctures or signs of wear.
