aQuaAir Multi is a fabric composed of 3 layers (200 g/m²) with waterproof and breathable lining and membrane. The fluorescent colored fabric resists fire, heat and other hazards encountered during welding, exposure to chemicals and when working in explosive atmospheres.
In particular, it meets the requirements of EN 343 class 4-3 (highest resistance to water penetration of class 4 – water column pressure greater than 20 Pa and high breathability – good resistance to water vapour of class 000 up to 3 Ret).
Constructed from three-layer technical fabric, this model offers complete waterproof protection and Class 4-3 breathable comfort, ensuring the equipment's durability and resistance during physical exertion. Its fluorescent markings and retroreflective strips provide maximum safety against thermal, chemical, welding, and electric arc hazards in dark environments or ATEX zones. Performance and freedom of movement are optimized by the elasticated waist, comfortable shoulder straps that maintain constant body coverage, and three flap pockets that effectively protect field equipment.
This model meets the extreme demands of the field thanks to its comprehensive protective shield, combining EN 61482-2 Class 1 (electric arc) with the requirements of EN ISO 11611/11612 (welding and heat) and EN 13034 (chemical). Choosing this model means deploying a 3-layer technology capable of withstanding water pressure exceeding 20,000 Pa, while also facilitating daily operations thanks to its lower leg with snap-button openings, allowing for quick donning without removing the safety boots.
This model is particularly suitable for professionals in the following sectors:
Do not dry clean without water or solvents. Machine wash on a normal cycle at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Bleaching is strictly prohibited (do not use bleach or oxidizing stain removers). Line drying without spinning is recommended in the shade, or tumble drying is possible at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Do not iron.
